Great example of Social Proof in action. I like how once it catches fire, people are sprinting toward the movement. Imagine getting clients to sprint to your product/service.

This is awesome - I love the idea that in the beginning, the leader is just a lone nut and the key is nurturing the relationship with the first few followers - and treat them as equals - in order to create a powerful movement. Anyone know where this video was taken?
Really like the ideas on movements, followership, and Leadership. Lot of truth in the social dynamics. Only two things to remember: 1. Lemmings 2. Don't drink the kool-aid!
